The Board approved the settlement of Alan Espinosa’s workers’ compensation claims by way of a Compromise and Release Agreement with Open Medical reserved for specified conditions only, in the amount of $410,000, less permanent disability advances paid. Direction was also given to the Risk Manager to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.
